- Our stalls seats are located downstairs, with a separate accessible entrance available when required.
- Our circle seats are located upstairs, with no lift available (due to the age and layout of our building).

- From 01/08/2025, all bookings are subject to a 65p per ticket booking fee, which is included in the overall ticket prices shown above. The booking fee is charged to help us cover recent increases in business costs. Individual tickets for films are £1 cheaper if bought online.
- * Family tickets are classed as four separate tickets (for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children).
- * Concessions are not always available. Where possible, concessions are available for over 60s and under 15s only.
- Children under 16 sitting in the circle must be accompanied by an adult.
Some film tickets may be sold at different prices to those shown above.

CEA CARD:
We accept the CEA Card - a national card scheme developed for UK cinemas by the UK Cinema Association (UKCA), that enables a disabled cinema guest to receive a complimentary film ticket for someone to go with them when they visit a participating cinema.
A CEA Card can be used for Film tickets only (i.e. not Event Cinema or Live Events).

Our normal box office opening times are:
- Monday 9am - 2pm
- Thursday 9am - 2pm

Our box office is also usually open during shows/performances:
- Matinees: normally 2pm - 4pm (usually Thursday, Saturday & Sunday)
- Evenings: normally 7:30pm - 9pm (usually daily)
Please check our What's On page for details of the shows/performances on a particular day.
NB: Please remember that our box office and kiosk will be busy just before film or show start times and during the interval (if any).
