BOOKING ISSUES/QUERIES

I don’t have a booking email/QR Code

When booking, it’s wise to take a copy of the 6-digit reference number on the screen, or a screenshot/photo of the confirmation page with QR code.

If you have the reference number, it makes it easier for us to find your booking.

However, if you don’t have a reference number or QR code or email (either because it hasn’t arrived or it has been lost) that’s not a problem as we can find your booking through your name.

Please make sure you use your name, not address when booking tickets.

I want to move seats
This can be done in-house, subject to availability of seats.

Please email us with the following information and if it’s possible, this can be sorted for you.

Info required: Name, date and time of show, booking reference number, existing seats, and seats you’d like to move to.

Once amended by us - your booking information will update automatically on our system so there’s nothing additional for you to do (other than bring your existing booking reference number or QR code).

I want to move dates

Again, this can be done in-house but is again subject to the availability of seats for the new date.

Please email us with the following information and if it’s possible, we should be able to sort this our for you.

Info required:
  • Name;
  • Existing date and time of film/event;
  • Booking reference number; and
  • A new date (and time) for which you would like to move.
Please note the following:
- If moving to different shows/events, there may be the possibility of differing prices. The box office will make you aware of this when dealing with the request.
- The seats you originally booked may not be available for the new date – the box office will endeavour to get you as close as possible to your choice where they can. Again, you will be made aware of this at the time of sorting this sout for you.

Accesibility

Internal building:

On our downstairs level, we have 12 seats that are demountable, resulting in 6 wheelchairspaces if required, though these can be used for other accessible means and can be removed as necessary
.
These seats are not available to book on our website – please contact the box office if you require accessible seats.

Wheelchairs, walkers, prams and scooters:
These can be stored safely within the building during the show by the staff. Please do not park or leave any of the above items in the aisles as this goes against our fire safety regulations.

External building:

Our accessible doors are situated at the back of the building, in our courtyard. This is not accessible from the main car park or from Shrewsbury Road.

To get to this courtyard, use postcode S36 6EJ for Vicarage Walk and follow it down to the bottom of the road.

The access is through the double white doors, which have a bell and a camera to alert staff of your arrival. Please be patient as they may be serving customers.

If you park within this courtyard, please do not block any of the doors as these are fire escapes and emergency routes.
